This Pass Through Hot Cupboard with a triple heated gantry is a high quality, reliable appliance that is ideal for care homes, restaurants, hotels, canteens etc. Constructed with easy to clean stainless steel, contents are kept at warm and hygienic temperatures due to its fully insulated panels and are made easily accessible with sliding doors both sides. The 3 tier heated gantry is commonly used as a chefs hot pass. The hot cupboard features a large holding capacity with easy to use controls and the tree tier gantry features 9 heated lamps and easy to use dimmer switches that will keep counter top food warm ready for service.
