This Lincat Fryer is a counter top unit having a single tank with two baskets giving it the flexibility to cook multiple foods at once or allow for smaller to larger workloads.The fryer is capable of providing up to 25kg of chips per hour, and with its compact size it is ideal where space is at a premium.
The fryer also has a front drain off tap for easy removal of cooking oil from the tank and to allow for easy cleaning of the appliance. Comes complete with 2 Frying baskets.
